This device paid for itself in one week! No more broken or lost arrows. I made a frame of PVC pipe for it and can set it up anywhere I choose for those 40 yard shots that make traditional archery so challenging. The best money I have spent this year. Way to go Minnesota!

My daughter and I tested the standard SHIELD backstop with a 10-meter pellet rifle shooting a 9-grain pellet at 640 fps. At 15 feet, the pellet hit the SHIELD, was flattened, and bounced off the SHIELD.
Also, I tested my 450-grain arrow shooting 270-280 fps; there was penetration of the arrow into the backstop but it did not go all the way through. Awesome!

Awesome product. Does as it states, I bought the larger 5×6 so i can continue to shoot in my urban backyard. Insurance approved for my renters/liability as well, they kept my price the same. Tested it before I set it up, my 50-55lb target bow barley sticks, turn my bow up to 70 and i get an inch or so. Using standard .245 victory arrows, near 300 fps. Best thing Ive bought yet, no more little gremlin wondering if, I will miss or get pass through on my target, off into the empty lots behind my place. Gives huge peace of mind, Mines mammoth….didn’t think it would be, Hanging between two trees with rope currently. When I get some spare money ill build a frame. Would buy again, maybe smaller target one next, as this one will last me ages, being stored inside.
